My probate scenario is too small to be worth the hassle to go through all the trouble and expense of even filing a small estate, and I was provided excellent information explaining how and why in the initial consult for the legalities. They didn’t take the case because it’d cost me more to do it than they’d need to charge for the time.This is how you do good business. They didn’t get paid by me for this situation, but I’d gladly use their services should the need arise.

We are not experts and have not thought about estate planning. Daniel and team are very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what we need to know. The documents are thorough and comes with instructions. Highly recommend reaching out to get a consultation, I used to only think of estate planning in terms of assets, but there are many facets such as last will and testament, power of attorney, medicals, etc.

The only way I can write a review is to make it a five star, write anything less it won't show up, not quite sure this will show up. I have been under BBA's horrible service since 2017. They lie anytime and about everything! They do close to nothing yet withdraw $11,000.00 at a time from your account without informing you as to what it is for. I take care of everything for myself except paying my bills and that is because they have all my money. I am given a very small allowance each month. There are people who need guardians and conservators and maybe BBA would be a good fit for them. I feel they are only in it for the money, they care nothing about the person.
